What should I do if I experience connection issues?

If War Drone cannot connect, repeatedly disconnects or takes a long time to load online features, try the steps below.

A strong Wi-Fi or mobile signal does not always mean your connection is stable.

Check your internet connection

Try opening a website or another app that uses the internet.

If these also fail to load, the problem may be with your connection. If other apps work, continue with the steps below.

Restart the game and your device

Fully close War Drone and reopen it.

If the issue continues, restart your device and try again.

Try a different connection

Before starting another mission, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, if both are available.

If War Drone works on one connection but not the other, this can help identify a network-related problem. Mobile data charges may apply.

Improve connection stability

To help keep your connection stable:

• Move closer to your Wi-Fi router.
• Pause downloads or streaming on devices using the same network.
• Avoid playing while travelling through areas with changing or weak mobile coverage.
• If you use a VPN, temporarily disconnect it and check whether the issue continues.

Restart your router

If you are using your own Wi-Fi network, restart the router according to its manufacturer’s instructions. Wait until the connection is restored before reopening War Drone.

You do not need to reset the router to its factory settings.

Check for updates

Install any available War Drone updates from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Also check for updates to your device’s operating system.

Still unable to connect?

If other apps also have connection problems, contact your internet provider or mobile network provider.

If the issue affects only War Drone, or continues on different networks, contact our Support team. Include:

• Your Player ID, if available.
• Your device model, operating system version and game version.
• The exact error message or a screenshot.
• When the issue occurred, including your time zone.
• Whether you were using Wi-Fi or mobile data.
• Whether it happens on more than one network.
• The troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
