Why adverts may be unavailable

Rewarded adverts depend on availability from our advertising providers. Availability can vary by location and time, so an advert may not always be offered.

If no advert is available, try again later. Restarting the game or device may help if the issue is temporary.

If the problem continues, contact Support and describe which advert option is affected and what happens when you select it.

Before reinstalling

Make sure your correct profile is linked in Options > Save Progress before reinstalling the game. Do not clear app data or uninstall an unlinked profile as a troubleshooting step.

On Android, clearing an app’s cache is different from clearing its data. If you are unsure which option you are using, contact Support first.
