What to do if your purchase is missing

If a paid item has not appeared in War Drone, try these steps:

1. Close and reopen the game.
2. Check your inbox by tapping the three-line button on Home, then the envelope icon if it appears.
3. Check your Apple or Google Play receipt to locate the transaction.

If the item is still missing, submit a support request with:

• Your War Drone Player ID.
• The full receipt or a clear screenshot of it.
• The item you purchased.
• The approximate purchase date, time, and local time zone.

Payments are processed by Apple or Google Play. If you cannot find a receipt email, check the purchasing account’s order history.

How to restore purchases after recovering a profile

If purchased items are missing after you recover your profile, check that you have restored the correct War Drone profile before using Restore Purchases.

1. Open Options from the Home menu.
2. Select Restore Purchases.
3. Tap Get beside Restore Purchases.
4. Follow any prompts and check whether the items have returned.

If an item is still missing, contact Support with your Player ID and purchase receipt. Tell us that you recovered your profile and tried Restore Purchases.
