How to find purchase receipts on iOS

Use your Apple purchase history to find a War Drone transaction or receipt details for Support.

Online

Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. Search your purchases for the transaction or amount.

On your device

1. Open the App Store and tap your photo or account icon.
2. Tap Apps & Purchase History, then Purchase History.
3. Find the transaction. Adjust the date filter if it is older than the period shown.

Menu labels can vary with the software version. If a purchase is missing, check any other Apple Account you may have used.

You can also look for Apple’s receipt email. Provide the receipt or transaction details when reporting a missing purchase.

How to find purchase receipts on Android

Use Google Play order history to locate a War Drone transaction. Google also emails purchase confirmation to the account used to pay.

1. Open the Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
3. Select Payments and subscriptions, then Budget and history.
4. Find the War Drone purchase.

You can also visit https://play.google.com, open your profile menu, and choose Payments and subscriptions > Budget and order history.

If the transaction is missing, check the Google Account used for the purchase. Send the receipt or order details to Support when reporting a missing item.
