How to save and protect your progress

Your progress is saved on your device. Link your profile to the supported sign-in service to save it to the cloud.

Linking your profile

1. On Home, tap the three-line button, then the cog icon.
2. Select Save Progress.
3. Tap Sign In for the service shown and complete the sign-in prompts.
4. Check the profile details shown beside Signed In.

The supported service is Apple on iOS and Google Play on Android. If you are unable to access Google Play Games or Apple ID on your device, unfortunately you will not be able to secure your profile, and you may be at risk of account loss.

Before changing or resetting your device

Make sure the correct profile is linked before uninstalling the game, clearing app data, resetting your device, or moving to another device.

Without a linked profile, those actions can make your saved progress inaccessible. Keep access to the Apple or Google account used to link it.
