When you start a mission, you will need to eliminate enemies whilst protecting your allies. Missions will last for as long as you have ammo, or as long as your allies remain alive. If your ammo fully depletes, or your ally's health reaches 0%, the mission will end. You can only complete the mission if you defeat all the enemies. This will then allow you to progress to the next mission.
When on a mission, you will be shown the following:
- Your ally's health bar at the top of the screen.
- Your weapon controls in the bottom-left corner.
- Your available Support Items in the bottom-right corner.
- The pause button in the top-right corner.
When looking around, you will notice a green rectangle. This indicates the location of your ally which you should aim to protect.
On the outer circle of your compass shown in the center of the screen, you will see green, red, and yellow arrows. The green arrow will point towards your ally, the red arrows will point towards ground threats, and the yellow arrows will point towards your reinforcements. You may also notice that some arrows will appear larger than others. This indicates that the arrow is pointing towards something that requires your immediate attention.
When you defeat all of the enemies, you will be shown the Mission Complete screen.
When you complete the mission for the first time, you can tap the "Collect" button in the bottom-left corner to collect the reward shown above the button and return to the Weapons menu. Alternatively, you can tap the "Collect +50%" button in the bottom-right corner to collect extra rewards by watching an advert.
If you have completed the mission before, you can simply tap the "Continue" button in the bottom-right to return to the Weapons menu.
